Insurance Associate Apprentice

The Teresa Boeken Agency is seeking a motivated insurance sales apprentice in central Kansas for a one-year program that offers increasing base pay, uncapped commissions and potential longterm career growth, including agency ownership. No prior insurance experience is required. Ideal candidates are service-oriented, entrepreneurial, eager to learn and committed to professional and ethical conduct. This performance-driven role provides strong support through coaching, mentorship, proven systems and an extensive team. Apprentices will receive hands-on training, lead generation support and guidance from a highly experienced team while learning the business from the ground up.
